Shlama from Baghdeda, where our team at Shlama Green Energy installed a 40-kilowatt solar energy system that will provide reliable electricity and power proper heating and cooling in classrooms for the first time in over 2 decades. In partnership with Stand With Iraqi Christians, this $35,000 investment also included 13 heating/cooling units, which will help create a better learning environment for the 365 students attending Ashurbanipal Primary and Mar Afram Secondary Syria

Shlama from Baghdeda! We’re proud to share that a beloved small business has been brought back to life after it was destroyed in a fire caused by faulty electrical wiring. This same family had rebuilt their shop once before, after Baghdeda was liberated from ISIS in 2017. Tragically, the shop burned down just last month.
