We are proud to celebrate the completion of Phase 2 of the Shuqa Ateeqa Project! In partnership with the Church of Alqosh, we officially opened the newly renovated cafeteria, which will now be operated by a young woman entrepreneur who will enjoy three years of rent-free use to help grow her business. This historic part of the town was on the verge of being lost, as it had been neglected for the past 10 years. Now, we are bringing life back to it, saving this heritage site. We are especially grateful to our generous supporters that made this large project possible: the 2024 Golden Key Gala, Bella’s Roofing, and all the individual donors to the Shlama Foundation, including the our Gabbare monthly members. Your support made this milestone possible!
