Omran holds a bachelor's degree in law, as well as diplomas in dam engineering and water resources, and in philosophy and theology. He is deeply passionate about the protection and preservation of cultural heritage, with a particular focus on the heritage of Nineveh, the Nineveh Plain, and Iraq's Christian traditions.
