From a young age, Sufian has been deeply involved in volunteer work within the Tel Keppe church, dedicating himself to various essential church activities. Even after relocating, his commitment to serving communities remained steadfast as he extended his contributions to churches within the Diocese of Dohuk and Alqosh. His dedication to his faith journey led him to graduate from the esteemed Institute of Christian Education.

Recognized for his leadership and service, Sufian holds a significant role as a member of the Nineveh Plain Council of Elders, advocating for the needs of his community. Furthermore, he demonstrates his compassion and inclusivity as he actively engages with the group of love and joy, supporting individuals with creative abilities and special needs.

Since assuming the role of administrative coordinator at the Tel Keppe Church in 2017, Sufian has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the institution. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Mar Kyriakos Center in Batnaya, showcasing his commitment to community development and empowerment.

Sufian extends his reach as a dedicated member of the Shraga volunteer team, bringing hope and assistance to the Tel-Keppe district. In 2018, he joined the Shlama Foundation, channeling his expertise and passion into implementing vital projects in areas of critical need, further solidifying his legacy of service and compassion.
